Lurie Housing Program

About The Program

The Lurie Housing Program provides housing support, 24/7 drop-in support and onsite case management services to individuals who are living with mental illness and/or addictions and have experienced homelessness. It addresses the immediate needs of individuals who require support to regain independence and improve their health and overall wellbeing.

A collaboration between community care and onsite care at CMHA Toronto’s Steve Lurie House, our multidisciplinary team works to address clients’ needs, including activities of daily living, instrumental counselling, crisis response, mental health, primary care, addictions, medication management, and social, education and employment needs. Using a person-centred approach, we remove barriers and also provide recovery-oriented supports such as harm reduction and community integration.

The Lurie Housing Program is a partnership with the City of Toronto.
